Record published Shopify artifacts
Called by the admin publisher after it ensures the pack products on Shopify. Records product/variant/handle per tier (matched by size), stores the resolved eligible snapshot for mix packs, and flips the pack to published. Not exposed as a copilot tool — the copilot publishes via the admin pipeline, never by writing artifacts directly.
