Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Cartrella application suite (“Cartrella”, the “Service”), operated by Perizer Corp. (“Perizer”). By installing or using Cartrella you agree to them.
The service
Cartrella provides commerce features for Shopify stores — currently product bundles sold as packs and expanded into component products at checkout, with additional modules added over time. Features may change as the Service evolves; material changes to paid features are announced in advance.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the pricing you configure. Cartrella applies your configuration faithfully; review pack prices before publishing.
- You must have the right to sell the products you include in packs and to operate your store under Shopify’s terms.
- You will not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
Fees
Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing on your Shopify invoice, at the prices shown on the Plan page at subscription time, including any free-trial terms shown there. You can cancel any time; downgrades take effect with prorated credit per Shopify’s billing rules.
Data processing
For personal data belonging to your customers, you are the data controller and Perizer acts as your processor: we process such data only to provide the Service’s features, on your instructions as expressed through your configuration, and never for advertising, resale, or model training. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what is processed and for how long. Sub-processors: ComputeSphere (hosting, Microsoft Azure, USA) and Twilio SendGrid (email delivery). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; shop data is deleted on uninstall and on redaction requests via Shopify’s privacy webhooks. You retain all rights to your store’s data.
Availability & support
We operate the Service with commercially reasonable care but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support: [email protected].
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perizer’s aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim, and Perizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Termination
You may stop using Cartrella at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
